Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the box.

  Package and Ship

  Securely place your SQUARE® case in its original designer packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned electronics accessories, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
